What it does Organize and tweak your image sequence
This is not animation software. It does one job well: getting your images in the right place and the right order. Every frame appears as a thumbnail in a visual grid, so you can spot what belongs where, drag frames into a new order, insert missing drawings, duplicate and delete. Photographed your drawings slightly differently each time? Align mismatching images with per-frame position, scale and rotation, checked against the project canvas in the live preview. Pick the canvas format you are animating for - TikTok, YT Shorts, IG Square, IG Portrait, YouTube or your own dimensions - and export one consistent, automatically numbered PNG sequence, every file exactly the same size, ready for the animate and overlay tools where the timing and frame rates live.
How it works From loose files to a numbered sequence
Import
Drop your PNG, JPG or WebP frames into the tool. They are sorted by filename and shown as thumbnails in the grid. Nothing is uploaded - everything stays in your browser.
Canvas
Choose the format you are animating for: TikTok, YT Shorts, IG Square, IG Portrait, YouTube or your own dimensions, using the same presets as the animate tool. Leave it on Original and it simply follows your first import. The canvas stays fixed while you reorder, insert or delete frames, and every exported image gets exactly those dimensions, so the sequence works as one consistent set.
Organize
Drag frames into a new order. Right-click any frame to duplicate it, insert new images before or after it, or delete it. Shift-click and Ctrl-click to select several frames at once, then drag the whole selection to a new place, nudge it one step left or right, or copy it to the end of the sequence to repeat a cycle. Made a mistake? Undo it.
Align
Select a frame and position it against the canvas outline in the preview: drag it with the mouse, use the arrow pad to nudge it by 1, 10 or 50 pixels, or type exact X and Y values. On a phone or tablet, switch on Move frame to drag with one finger and pinch to scale. Parts outside the canvas stay visible, dimmed, for orientation - the export crops to the canvas.
Name
Choose a base name like bird-flight and every frame is numbered automatically: bird-flight_001.png, bird-flight_002.png and so on. Reorder or insert frames and the numbering updates by itself.
Export
Download the finished sequence as a ZIP of numbered PNGs, every image exactly the canvas dimensions, exactly as previewed. Drop it straight into the
animate tool for frame rate, timing and MP4 export.

Save your work as a project ZIP with your clean original images and all settings, and reload it later to continue. Save reusable frame sets as libraries and build a personal collection of handmade motion assets.

Is the Sequence Organizer free to use?
Organizing is free: import frames, reorder them in the grid, adjust position, scale and rotation, and preview everything without paying. Exporting the sequence and saving projects or libraries requires a day or year pass. The same pass covers all removewhite.com tools.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser. Your frames never leave your device - not for organizing, not for saving, not for exporting.
What determines the size of the exported images?
The project canvas does. By default it follows your first import (Original), but you can also pick a format yourself: TikTok, YT Shorts, IG Square, IG Portrait, YouTube or your own width and height - the same presets as the animate tool. Frames stay centred when you change it, so only the crop changes - your images are never resized or re-saved. Every exported image gets exactly the canvas dimensions, so the whole sequence drops into the animate or overlay tool as one consistent set.
What happens to parts of an image that fall outside the canvas?
In the preview you still see them, dimmed, so you can position everything precisely. In the export they are cropped: every file has exactly the canvas dimensions. What you see inside the canvas outline is what you get.
What is a sequence library?
A library is a reusable set of frames, like a walk cycle or a blinking eye, saved as a ZIP on your own device. It keeps the alignment you gave the frames - position, scale and rotation - plus the canvas format you aligned them in, so the motion drops in ready to use. Import a library into a project you are already working on and your own canvas stays as it is; import it into an empty project and it brings its own format along.
How does the automatic numbering work?
You choose a base name, for example bird-flight, and the tool names every frame bird-flight_001.png, bird-flight_002.png and so on. When you reorder, insert or delete frames, the numbering updates automatically.
Can I continue working on a project later?
Yes, with a pass you can save your project as a ZIP containing all images plus a project.json with the order and transforms. The images inside are your clean originals, so your work stays fully usable. Load the ZIP later and continue exactly where you left off.
